Wear the right clothes

Many people sweat a lot in the summer. So wear clothes that absorb sweat quickly. Fabrics like cotton, rayon and chiffon absorb sweat easily. Along with this, wear half sleeves and light weight dresses.

Keep the body hydrated

Drink the right amount of water to keep the body hydrated. Consume things like cucumber, watermelon, buttermilk, lemonade and bael syrup. Because dehydration causes the skin to become dry and it can also be the cause of itching. Staying hydrated will also keep moisture in the skin.

Aloe vera gel

Aloe vera gel works to cool the skin. In such a situation, you can apply aloe vera gel before sleeping at night. It also helps to moisturize the skin.

Choose the right skin care products according to your skin type. If your skin is oily, apply gel or water-based cream and SPF. So that oil and sweat are reduced.
